Words Of Encouragement To Write In A Card

Update blast furnace area

between the individual steps in the Kokskübelkranbahn I've also continued to be built at the blast furnace area.
The whole area is balancing on my job here shows clearly one of the advantages of my modular design with removable modules.

was first designed in the basement, at least in the rear area of the photo finish. (Move reinforcements to the floor beams, remaining painting and aging in this area). Thereof is in normal operation, a good thing look like nothing more, but I know that it exists.
Then I can finally fix the ceiling in this area, on the other blast furnace caused the entire structure is. Since I have a lot of photos of this area is to be the reconstructed quite accurately. You can see eg here very well how this is actually komliziert floor already. High level, sloping down
have

So I created hardly a horizontal reference surface for the assembly of the furnace framework

Gradually now, individual segments of the framework. Have first established in OpenOfficeDraw 1:1 drawings of the segments, the assembly much easier.

Well, at some point and then the impatience out of hand and you put the first parts together temporarily. If the lump!
especially since there's the actual runway gout comes on top of it.

The scaffolding around the blast furnace 3 is formed.

Every once in between: Glue banister ...

The provisional plugged together furnace structure in place

Kokskübelkranbahn

A real challenge is the Kokskübelkranbahn above the bunker.
The cornerstone of a crane rail side wear on the roof of the original foundry.
In my "early phase" I wanted to build the foundry so easily from parts of the Trix-converter building and before the Kokskübelkranbahn over the bunker and the S-system building simply like a pig in the place Auhagen Stako elements provide. Now it is somewhat prototypical go. However, my new pillar for a total compromise.
with me should be absolutely removed the roof and the whole Gießhallenkranbahn I wanted to not tear down again. So I removed some posts with the hacksaw and the new stuck.
Partially I must be the original Trix-pillars are but for reasons of stability ... Just compromise.
Even the original looks for some reason totally sick from - each segment has a different span and design.

The photo E plant building and electrical filters are located in the foreground.

All pillars are and the crane track segments are at least structurally complete. Now missing only the railing and a "few" pursuit.

The steel truss segment in 2 and 4 of the way, is completely self-built, the middle segment consists of three parts of a still-bridge.

Here I had to build the foundation area of the piers from scratch.

The whole thing with buildings.

What so sometimes a little color makes! The railings are tuned and makes the whole thing now slowly into what I think. In the "messy" section behind the silo is still such a strange Halter-/Trägergestell, so there the lack of color.
